  Very bad. Not professional. Very disappointed. (flower shop)<br />1) Ballon wasn't the one I ordered. (They brough a very cheap bad one)<br />2) Flowers were OK but didn't have any water in them. (no water in the base)<br />3) Most importantly ->They forgot to bring the card with the wishes!!!!!!!!!!!! (this was the most important thing from the WHOLE gift)

  Fabulous. Thank you. They were delivered very promptly as only ordered them this morning from UK and they arrived this afternoon. The recipient says they are beautiful and although the driver had to ring for directions, they were promptly delivered. Would recommend this company.

  The delivery was great. The balloon was amazing and the chocolates very good. The delivery personnel were both very polite and courteous However the flowers were a disappointment. The flower was too small and not appropriate for Birthday. purple is for funerals not birthdays.

  Although a replacement florist, they took care to phone me while I was abroad to confirm my instructions. The family of the deceased sent me the most complimentary comments for the timeous delivery of a wonderful wreath and the note I had prepared. Service like this cannot but be highly commented.
